Developmental Therapy

At Theraplay, our highly skilled developmental therapist works closely with the child to asses their global development and identify specific areas of needs and strengths. Developmental therapy focuses on how the child is developing during a crucial period of development- birth to three years. We take a comprehensive approach and will target the patient’s cognitive skills, language and communication, social-emotional skills and behavior as well as gross and fine motor skills. Our therapist work directly with the child one and one, and also with the parents and families to ensure we are able to create the best customized plan for the child to find a path towards progress and success.
